Hazardous

Hazordous or haz listed products are designed to be suitable for use in what can sometimes be volatile conditions. These products are designed to minimize risk of igniting any airborn gasses or solid particulates. Extensive care is taken in regulating maximum internal and external luminaire temperatures to determine classification levels per UL 844 hazardous locations standard. Construction requirements and allowable materials are considerably more strict than that of traditional products. Other envoronmental conditions are also factored, including vibration and thermal shock.
